Welcome to CCGFAMILY(the PRODUCT) owned and operated by Cost Containment Group, Inc.(the COMPANY). These Terms of Service (the TERMS) govern your use of the PRODUCT. Please read these TERMS carefully before using our PRODUCT.

Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using this PRODUCT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TERMS. If you do not agree with any part of these TERMS, you must not use this PRODUCT.

  • Interference with Services: Disrupting or overloading servers or networks.

  • Adult Content: Posting obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.
  • False Information: Distributing false, misleading, or deceptive information.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of access and possible legal action.

Third-Party Services

If the PRODUCT integrates third-party services, the COMPANY is not responsible for their performance or compliance. Such services may have their own terms and policies.

Conflict Resolution: Mandatory Mediation and Arbitration

Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation and mandatory mediation before arbitration. Unresolved disputes must be submitted to binding arbitration.

No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these TERMS creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. You do not have any authority to act on behalf of the COMPANY.

Force Majeure

The COMPANY is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or power failures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY and its affiliates from any claims arising from your violation of these TERMS or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the PRODUCT.

Termination

The COMPANY may terminate or suspend access to the PRODUCT at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these TERMS.

Governing Law and Venue

These TERMS are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts closest to Palm Beach County, Florida.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Miscellaneous

Severability: Invalid provisions shall be severed without affecting remaining terms.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver unless in writing.
